Q: Can I wash my wool dog collar?
A: Yes! Collars are made out of machine washable wool, wash on cold, air dry.
Q: Is there any warranty?
A: Yes! Any sewing defects within 2 years with proof of purchase, are eligible for a replacement. Please message us.
Q: I need help with sizing!
A: If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up, as the tri-glide allows each collar to be fully adjustable.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Yes! Any undamaged item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Q: Are there custom orders?
A: Yes! I can make specific sizes for your furry friend, ¾, 1 and 1 ½ thicknesses. I can make Martingale/Slip collars for $50, please contact me.
